These cards look very nice, but if I had shopped for them in person, I probably would have put them back on the shelf. The packaging is great, but I found Jorge Cruise's workout cards easier to use with more user friendly photos of the moves to be done. The lanyard is a nice touch, but would have been more useful if the cards had a hole in the top center rather than in the corner as far as readability while working out. I'll use them, but I just expected more from the purchase.

El libro esta muy bien ordenado y explica claramente el porque uno no debe de entrenar como loco todos los d?as 2 o 3 horas para obtener el cuerpo que quiere, basta con trabajar de 20 a 30 minutos 2 veces por semana para obtener buenos resultados. This book was ok but not what I was looking for.The information on the way you should eat was not very good.All this information could have been found free on the internet.I was looking for something with more detail.

The book itself is fine and a very interesting read.The quality of the binding, however, is another story.I returned it for a replacement and I'm afraid the replacement isn't going to be much better.Not Amazon's fault though as I've read that the publisher is having the same problems wherever the book is sold.

At first glance, I was not totally pleased.But...once I started reading the material, I was glad I purchased the book.The author uses fact and humor which makes for a more enjoyable read.I will incorporate some of the info. I have obtained through this book in my work-outs for myself as well as my clients.
