Marine Biologist?
I finally purchased a copy of Aaron Carter, Little Prince of Pop written by his mother Jane Carter. It was an interesting read, in light of all of the recent publicity involving the Carter family. Some of the highlights of the book are the psychic connection between Aaron and his twin sister Angel and the near-death experience Aaron had when he almost drowned in the family swimming pool. God definitely seems to be watching out for Aaron. The book also talks about Aaron's relationship with his brother Nick and that they are almost like twins even though they are separated by several years. I have greatly enjoyed Aaron's music over the past few years. I am one of those 40-something fans of Radio Disney and Aaron Carter. I enjoy happy music that celebrates life. I wish Aaron well as he becomes an adult. If you look closely at the liner notes of the "Oh Aaron" CD, Aaron seems to be aware that fame is fleeting. Aaron, if by chance you read this review, you and your family are in my prayers. I look forward to a new album from you, because God has given you a special talent. I know I will enjoy any new recordings you may release. If you decide to go to college and persue Marine Biology, so be it! Follow your bliss!!! Thanks to you and your family for bringing a smile to my face!

Awesome book
My friend let me borrow this book to read and I loved it and had to get my own copy.I would recomend this book to anybody whether they are an Aaron Carter fan or not.I think this book is very well written and would give anyone a better idea of the person that Aaron Carter really is so they might appreciate him and his music more.If there is any one book about Aaron Carter that you should read, I definately say it should be this one.

This is a good book but it has too much information in some parts. I got this book when I was ... a fan of Aaron Carter. This book has great photos too.

Great for beginners
This book is great for beginning readers- not people who have been following him since 1997.Also, 2-3 chapters have nothing to do with him, just the BSB.Then again what AC book doesn't name the BSB, but 3 chapters is over-kill.This book has the basics and then somefun stuff like astrology and numerology and stuff like that.It has 8 pictures whihc are probably the highlight of the book.I enjoyed reading it but I already knew everything in there.If youdecide the pics are worth it, get it, but if you want to read something new pick up Aaron Carter: Little Prince Of Pop by jis mom/manager Jane Carter.

Fun book.
This is a very light, straight-from-the-pages book.Meaning, it's not like his mother's biography.it doesn't give any insight or past memories or anything of the such.98% of the stuff in this book is just recycled information from M, Popstar, Bop, etc.

Unfortunately, that's how most Aaron Carter books are.There may not be as much to write about on a sixteen-year-old as a thirty-something-year-old, but you can make it interesting.

All rants aside, again, this IS a fun book.It has the astrological stuff that teen mags repeat every month.However, this isn't the book for you if you've been a fan of Aaron's for a long time.It's very basic, and you probably already know who Nick is, what his birthday is, where he grew up, etc.Not to mention the fact that this book was released when he was just eleven.Most of the book is filler.His life story is finished before hte first half of the book; the last 2-3 chapters are donated to Nick and the BSB.

A recent fan?Check it out.A long-time fan?Skip it.

I think his book was very well written book.Once i started reading i was devoured into the book. It felt a lot like i knew aaron from reading this short biogrophy. It let me kinda take an inside look at aaron...i learned alot more about him. I also loved the color photo section in the book. More of a BSB fan's Book
Matt Netter has an interesting style that draws the reader in, because he describes events as if he were right there.Take, for example, describing one of ten-year-old Aaron's concerts. You feel like you're right there.

That said, I don't really think that this book should be Backstreet AND Aaron.Although Aaron highlights the front and back cover, there's only 3 chapters out of 16 dedicated to Aaron.That's understood, since he was just turning eleven when the book was being published, but all the same, I think Backstreet Boys (feat. bonus info on Aaron) would be a better description of this book.The information that is on Aaron is common knowledge told over and over again in the likes of Bop! and Superteen!.

But as far as the (majority) part on the BSB, this was a very informative book.Even for a long-time fan, it may provide some new facts for you.ALbeit, this book is outdated, but I find it fun to go back and reread it, even five years after I got it.

Basically: Great book for a BSB fan or beginner Aaron fan.

Bright and Bouncy like our favorite little man
This very colorful book is packed full of information on Aaron. There are lots of pictures and all kinds of info about him, like:
where he was born and raised, his favorite foods, his favorite hobbies, his favorite collectibles, and of course his favorite sports.Most of the pages have an "Aaron sez" quote where he comments on Nick, video shoots, future plans, and recording his albums. You've gotta have this book if you're a fan cuz we have to know everything now don't we??I think you'll definitely learn some new stuff.
