A great thriller and a chill on each page!
I bought this book at a tag sale and I must admit, I was not expecting much. It read very well and kept me on the edge through each chapter. It was very well writen and I look forward to a future book. You will not be disapointed if you read it.

worst book ever
luck was on my side,a blind man bought it at my yard sale for 2 dollars. at least i got some of my money back. and the prelude was a joke was that his daughter or his lover he was referring to?

Amateurish
The book is amateurish -- don't give up your day job!!

I was afraid -- To stop reading!
Somewhere, somehow Mr. Cooper wrote the perfect vampire novel. The depth of the charecters along with the flow of his words made the book an easy and enjoyable read. He makes you feel good about the human race, and has you pulling up the covers to hide your fear when the vampires awaken. Move over Ann ! Some guy named Gary S Cooper just wrote a masterpiece ! ... Gary Cooper was born Frank James Cooper, on May 7, 1901, in Helena, Montana. Mr. Cooper was a famous motion picture star. A newspaper published in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1947, reported a speech supposedly made by the star in which he said to have praised the American Communist Party. The Daily Worker, an East Coast Communist newspaper published an article which stated: "Press Agent Hoax in Brazil Makes hero of Wrong Actor". The article said that this was a cheap trick to get the people to see his films - to take their money under false pretenses. The November 1951 issue of the bulletin "Counterattack" contained an article that stated for years Gary Cooper was prominent in the motion picture alliance for the preservation of American ideals which had led the fight against Communist infiltration in Hollywood. Mr. Cooper's house was burglarized on several occasions and incurred a loss of several thousand dollars each time. He also was the target of numerous extortion attempts.

For it's one... two... three CDs out at the old ballgame!
According to manufacturer Radio Spirits, Yogi himself selected the vintage shows that comprise this 3-hour, 3-CD collection.

Dubs are from original broadcast transcription discs. A certain amount of surface noise and crackle is inevitable from these 60 to 70-year old records, but it's not so obtrusive as to render listening unpleasant. Recommended for all old time radio and baseball fans.
