Product Description
Annie Payson Call was a mental health writer before her time, dispensing straight forward wisdom and common sense, free of the modern day psycho-babble. In addition to all the body, mind and spirit reasons for getting enough rest, she also gives us some very practical excercises to achieve that goal. As any modern day person will understand, turning off your brain, and actually relaxing is easier said than done! But Power Through Repose not only delivers a thoughtful treatise on the value of taking it easy, it delivers the means to do so.
