Concise guidebook to getting that house open-house-ready
If you are selling a house, you know how tough it is at this time of writing. Even if it weren't a buyer's market, as it happens to be at the moment, the little rules in this book apply at ANY time to selling your house.

There are 103 ideas, most of which are no more costly than a can of paint. But all of them are necessary. Yes, and they are downright boring to do but you need to. From replacing worn hardware, painting scratched doors, replacing broken windows, pulling dead plants from pots, removing clutter to making the house smell better, you just have to buckle down and take care of business.

Use this little book as a checklist. Little things matter. It could matter a lot.

This is a MUST HAVE for Realtors & your Clients!!!
This is one of the most well-written, fabulous books I have read in a long time. It is short and simple but holds key ideas to making a house look and show its best in order to sell. It is a great thing to give to clients at listing presentations, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

A Quick Read that will Get you top dollar for your home!!
As a Realtor for the last 10 years, I really wish that this book had come sooner! Fabulous read, practical guide
This book is a wonderful tool for anyone who owns a home, especially those wanting to fix it up to be sold. It has simple, concise ways to fix up your home and helps you get organized and motivated at the same time. The checklist in the back really helps to plan out things I need to do daily, monthly, and yearly in order to maintain my home and keep up with the little things that make a big difference when you get ready to sell. With added humor and funny illustrations, the author does a wonderful job of letting the reader know what buyers do and do not want to see. Smart, well-written, and entertaining...an easy recommendation!
