Robert Little, Malcolm X’s Brother, Dead at 61 By Herb Boyd
National Editor, TBWT
It was always a privilege and a pleasure to interview Robert Little, Malcolm’s youngest brother, a few years ago when he was the director of the Child Welfare Agency in New York City. Not only did he bear a remarkable resemblance to his famous brother, he also displayed the same congenial charm and intelligence. The city lost a consummate professional when he relocated back to Michigan, and the world lost a devoted advocate for children when Little, 61, died of complications from lymphoma last Tuesday (Nov. 23) at a Lansing hospital. As he had done in Manhattan, Little was the former deputy director of Youth Services in the Michigan Department of Social Services, and had been working for Michigan State University on a study about kinship care, the care of children by grandparents or other relatives. The latter topic was something of which he was intimately acquainted, having been raised by friends of the family after his mother, Louise, was institutionalized.

Every person is a unique individual. In addition, everyone is shaped and conditioned by their environment, especially family. For this reason it is essential that the "Malcolm X: A Research Site" contain information on the family of Malcolm Little/Malcolm X/Malik Shabazz. In 1994 Jan Carew stated the case for this page quite clearly: "We need to bring Malcolm back to earth and to humanize his memory. The time has come to frame him against the background of an extended family and then place him in the context of the larger community of people in America and abroad who influenced him and whom he, in turn, influenced."( Ghosts in Our Blood In general, we believe that Malcolm X belongs to his family, to his community, to the fighters for Black Liberation, and to freedom loving people all over the world. Malcolm's Little Corner on the Web
Welcome to my little corner on the web. It has a little information about me and some things that I find interesting. First things first... my warmest thanks go to Ken Badertscher of Miracle Max Media who produced the very cool image of Simeonof Island above and kindly gave me his permission to use it. My name is Malcolm Hoar. I am a British citizen who moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1992. Quite a few folk have asked me about the derivation of malch . Well, once upon a time, I joined an e-mail service where the majority of users were known by their first names. Unfortunately, I was not the first "malcolm" on this particular service. Others had circumvented this problem by appending the first letter of their last name (i.e. "malcolmh"). That seemed rather ugly, and long to type. On the spur of the moment, I settled on malch and it kinda stuck.

In his movie about Malcolm X, Spike Lee flippantly depicts (and hence distorts) a very significant incident that made a long-lasting impression on slain black leader. In the scene, Malcolm has just given one of his fiery college speeches and is walking away from the platform when a white female college student momentarily blocks his path and asks him what she, as a white person, could do to help the cause of which Malcolm had been speaking. Malcolm abruptly answers her with one word"Nothing"and passes her by. Spike Lee does a disservice to the real Malcolm X by diminishing the importance of the actual incident this brief snippet from his film was based on. Let's take a look at how profoundly Malcolm was affected by the young white college student he rebuffed when she sought his advice. In his autobiography, Malcolm X described the brief encounter he had with "one little blonde co-ed" after giving a speech at her New England college. "I'd never seen anyone I ever spoke before more affected than this little white girl," he wrote (p. 286). This young woman had actually flown to New York after the speech and tracked down Malcolm at the Muslim restaurant he frequented in Harlem. "Her clothes, her carriage, her accent," he wrote, "all showed Deep South breeding and money." She confronted Malcolm and his associates inside the restaurant with the question: "Don't you believe there are any

Little 'Malcolm' raises large laughs
By Erin Podolsky Daily Arts Writer A non-stop chatterbox of a kid who talks to the camera while being an inadvertent prankster. Body hair and cripple jokes. While "Malcolm in the Middle" might read at first glance like a typical episode of "Tom Green," I assure you it's anything but. For starters, it's funny. For finishers, it's funny. The new half-hour sitcom from Fox throws over convention for a more innovative look and feel closer to "Freaks and Geeks." "Malcolm in the Middle" shares both an easy realism and a comedic sensibility with that show while retaining a style of its own. It leans toward things that actually happen as opposed to things that could never happen but are funny all the same. There are moments when this can get to be too much - Malcolm (Frankie Muniz) directly addresses the audience with a commentary strangely reminiscent in its self-awareness of, dare I say it, Zack Morris. Then again, maybe growing up the third child of four in a household where money is tight and affection is tighter (one of the show's running gags is that Mom only has enough good food for two of her kids, so the last is stuck with, say, egg salad) will do that to a kid. Back at home, Malcolm - who is also breathless, due to his penchant for endlessly run-on sentences thrown pell-mell at the audience - and his brothers roughhouse with the best of them and cope with their parents, who have a penchant for wandering the house oblivious to their frontal nudity. Malcolm's mom, Lois (Jane Kaczmarek), runs the house with equal parts comedic abuse and love. In an episode airing in two weeks, she unleashes punishment after punishment on her unruly kids, trying to McCarthy them into admitting which one of them burned her brand new dress. These include piping Barney the Dinosaur songs into their bedroom and forcing them to run in circles until they're sure they'll puke. Her husband (Bryan Cranston) is an ineffectual sort that defers constantly to Lois.

Due to this incident, the Little family moved from their home in Omaha to Milwaukee. While attempting to set up shop in Milwaukee, the Little family again experienced hate crimes. Malcolm’s "first vivid memory" is of "a frightening confusion of pistol shots and shouting and smoke and flames" while his home burned to the ground.

Malcolm X (Malcolm Little) - Adolescent Life
Soon after moving to live with his aunt in Mason, Michigan, Malcolm grew up fast. Following his aunt’s suggestion, Malcolm first roamed the streets of Boston to become accustomed to the surroundings. In becoming accustomed to his surroundings Malcolm experienced many things for the first time. "I had never tasted a sip of liquor, never even smoked a cigarette, and here I saw little black children, ten and twelve years old, shooting craps, playing cards, fighting. … children threw around swear words I’d never heard before…" Once back in Boston Malcolm took up another illegal trade, house robberies. Along with two other black men, a white women, and Sophia, Malcolm committed a series of these robberies in a residential area of Boston. Sooner or later, they were caught by a very appalled police force. In yet another act of racism, the judge gave Malcolm 10 years imprisonment due to his association with the white women. The normal sentence for a first offender of such crimes would be 2 to 3 years. In those seven years Malcolm, upon pressure from his family, became a follower of the Nation of Islam and totally turned around his life. As you probably know, he then became one of the most influential leaders of blacks and whites alike during the civil rights movement.

(Attilah Shabbazz, 6 ans)

Malcolm was a smart, focused student and graduated from junior high at the top of his class. However, when a favorite teacher told Malcolm his dream of becoming a lawyer was "no realistic goal for a nigger," Malcolm lost interest in school. He dropped out, spent some time in Boston, Massachusetts working various odd jobs, and then traveled to Harlem, New York where he committed petty crimes. By 1942 Malcolm was coordinating various narcotic, prostitution and gambling rings.
Feb. 18, 1965
Photo by Robert L. Haggins Intelligent and articulate, Malcolm was appointed a minister and national spokesman for the Nation of Islam. Elijah Muhammad also charged him with establishing new mosques in cities such as Detroit, Michigan and Harlem, New York. Malcolm utilized newspaper columns, radio and television to communicate the Nation of Islam's message across the United States. His charisma, drive and conviction attracted an astounding number of new members. Malcolm was largely credited with increasing membership in the Nation of Islam from 500 in 1952 to 30,000 in 1963.
The crowds and controversy surrounding Malcolm made him a media magnet. He was featured in a week-long television special with Mike Wallace in 1959, The Hate That Hate Produced, that explored fundamentals of the Nation of Islam and Malcolm's emergence as one of its most important leaders. After the special, Malcolm was faced with the uncomfortable reality that his fame had eclipsed that of his mentor Elijah Muhammad.

Jeremy Malcolm I will get this parody up here one of these days about Little Jeremy Malcolm being a certified sick puppy. (It is done. The problem is, it is so bad, I almost don't want to put it up.) What I am more interested in, however, is getting him disbarred. Also, my experience with the web is that only Little Jeremy Malcolm and his little perverted friend Trevor Cullen will even get this far into the site to read it. But it is not a total waste of time. While Little Jeremy Malcolm and his little lover "Father" Trevor Cullen are running around having sites removed, look at all the people they don't have time to molest. So, I will use this page for links to the other Jeremy Malcom sites, and if you really want to read the parody about how Little Jeremy Malcolm was "certified", email me and I will send it to you. In the meantime, enjoy these links. Bill White
bill747white@ureach.com

Here is the one that Little Jeremy Malcom had removed from the search engines where he lies about the Gutnick Case in Australia. Little Jeremy lied and said that in March 2002 that Gutnick v. Dow Jones had already been to trial and a large award was made again Dow Jones. Here in December 2002, the case still has not been to trial.
Little Jeremy then committed perjury to get it removed, and this is one of the basis for him being disbarred. But it is only one of the basis of having him disbarred. We have a whole bunch of items and I am not talking Small Boy Disorder here either.
