Mr. Claude Torres, the webmaster, has been offering much of helps to the site since the opening of this site. Besides that, he made a large contribution to the discogrphy of Dr. Joseph Lewinski's "Ernest Bloch : sa vie et sa pensée" Tome IV which will be published in spring 2003. Ms. Zara Nelsova, cellist, passed away on October 10, 2002. Besides being one of the greatest cellist, Ms. Nelsova made a large contribution to Bloch's music. She recorded Schelomo 3 times, one of them was accompanied by the composer and two suites for violoncello were dedicated to her.
The webmaster wishes to offer the condolences on the death of Ms. Zara Nelsova.
