About the composer, Score's Archive, de falla manuel (1876 1946)was a pupil of Pedrell, the founder of the modern Spanish school.
    http://www.strings.ru/eng/score_eng/Falla.html
About the composer Score's Archive de Falla Manuel (1876 - 1946) was a pupil of Pedrell, the founder of the modern Spanish school. In his works for orchestra, Falla clearly shows that he thinks of music in terms of instrumental texture, and it is obvious that his mental background was strongly influenced by the conflicting rhythms of the castanets and the harmonic peculiarities of the guitar.
How seriously he treats the guitar may be realised by his solo work, "Homenaje", to the memory of his friend, Claude Debussy—a work which was performed at the latter's funeral. New section - seven string guitar   [ Duets ]
