Our objectives for companies:
To fill the position with the best possible candidate, as quickly as possible. A longer term objective is that we develop a smooth and efficient working relationship for future search assignments or when we present outstanding candidates to you when you may not have a budgeted position.
What you can expect from us (how we work):
We search out and recruit top people who are not necessarily "looking" and try to convince them to consider joining your company. We are closely involved with you and the candidate in every step of the hiring process, from the initial interview to several months after the candidate starts work. This involvement includes: a. determining the critical reasons why a candidate might want to make a job change b. constantly "selling" your company and the position to the candidate c. helping to prepare you for candidate interviews d. debriefing calls to the candidate and then to you after every interview e. providing assistance with reference checking f.

E20-II HVAC Engineering Software E20-II is a collection of software tools (programs) created specifically for the HVAC system designer. These programs are specifically crafted to increase productivity and accuracy, improve analysis capabilities and job documentation, and add a level of "marketability" to a designer’s estimates. Individual programs are available to assist in heating & cooling load estimating, annual building operating cost estimating, duct system design, water and refrigerant piping system design, and economic life cycle analysis. These programs are written by HVAC systems engineers for HVAC systems engineers, and are supported by more HVAC system engineers with years of field application experience. Mech. Engineering Toolkit
The following programs were written by Michael J. Rocchetti PE
The Fluid Flow Calculator
This calculator is used to calculate pipe friction losses for straight piping handling water and water with varying percentages of ethylene glycol. The calculator uses an algorithm developed from the basic principles of fluid mechanics. The program is based on the Darcy-Weisbach equation, the Colebrook equation, and the Moody equation. The program is intended for use only on straight piping. The program does not include pressure losses due to elevation differences, or flow through fittings. This calculator allows the user to input the fluid type, the fluid temperature, the flow rate, the pipe size, pipe length, and pipe material. The calculator then determines the velocity, the Reynolds number, the Moody friction factor, the pipe friction factor (from the Colebrook equation), the pipe head loss, and the pipe friction loss in PSI. flowcalc1.htm
The Engineering Units Conversion Calculator
This program allows users to convert units such as: Energy, Pressure, Volume, Density, Specific Volume, Specific Heat (Entropy), Enthalpy, Viscosity (absolute), and Coefficient of Heat Transfer.
