iOpus Internet Macros
Surfing the Web is fun, but many tasks are repetitious: Checking on the same sites everyday, logging in to various services, remembering passwords or testing your own web site. Internet Macros can do all that for you! You record it once, and can replay it with one mouse click. Internet Macros can display slide shows of web sites, fill out forms, click buttons, clean the browser and much more. As often as you need it. For web professionals, Internet Macros also supports command line options.
WeatherAloud
WeatherAloud is the talking software that reads you weather forecasts and conditions aloud from over 7500 locations worldwide. It's like having a personal weatherman at your service. You can build a personal list of forecasts that interest you, customize each one to meet your needs, and program WeatherAloud to get automatic weather updates from around the world.
Personal Antispy
With its unique spy software detection algorithm, Personal Antispy will find and remove any spy related programs on your system. This anti-spyware program will detect any spyware, including password stealing programs, chat and email logging software, keystroke loggers, screen capturing programs, and various other programs that log your internet activity. It also contains features to show you exactly what was found, and gives you the option to remove the spyware from your system.
WebWolf
WebWolf is a desktop based Web Page Crawler. It explores the internet, searching for files, FTP Sites and links that match your search criteria. It will then compile a list of the results in an easy to read report ready for you to download.

Find research and publications of the artificial intelligence Laboratory based at MIT since 1959. Biased in vision, robotics, and language for understanding intelligence.
http://www.ai.mit.edu/
The Artificial Intelligence Laboratory has been an active entity at MIT in one form or another since at least 1959. Our goal is to understand the nature of intelligence and to engineer systems that exhibit intelligence. We are an interdisciplinary laboratory of over 200 people that spans several academic departments and has active projects ongoing with members of every academic school at MIT. Our intellectual goal is to understand how the human mind works. We believe that vision, robotics, and language are the keys to understanding intelligence, and as such our laboratory is much more heavily biased in these directions than many other Artificial Intelligence laboratories [Academics] [AI Lab Home Page] [AI Lab News Flash] [Contact Us] ... for Artificial Intelligence!
Founded in 1979, the American Association for Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) is a nonprofit scientific society devoted to advancing the scientific understanding of the mechanisms underlying thought and intelligent behavior and their embodiment in machines. AAAI also aims to increase public understanding of artificial intelligence, improve the teaching and training of AI practitioners, and provide guidance for research planners and funders concerning the importance and potential of current AI developments and future directions. Major AAAI activities include organizing and sponsoring conferences, symposia, and workshops, publishing a quarterly magazine for all members, publishing books, proceedings, and reports, and awarding grants, scholarships, and other honors. 7. Knowledge Management
Enterprises are realising how important it is to know what they know and be able to make maximum use of the knowledge. artificial intelligence Applications Institute (AIAI).
http://www.aiai.ed.ac.uk/~alm/kamlnks.html
Introduction Definition Difficulties Approach ... External Links Introduction Enterprises are realising how important it is to "know what they know" and be able to make maximum use of the knowledge. This knowledge resides in many different places such as: databases, knowledge bases, filing cabinets and peoples' heads and are distributed right across the enterprise. All too often one part of an enterprise repeats work of another part simply because it is impossible to keep track of, and make use of, knowledge in other parts. Enterprises need to know:
  • what their knowledge assets are; how to manage and make use of these assets to get maximum return.
Most traditional company policies and controls focus on the tangible assets of the company and leave unmanaged their important knowledge assets. Success in an increasingly competitive marketplace depends critically on the quality of knowledge which organisations apply to their key business processes. For example the supply chain depends on knowledge of diverse areas including raw materials, planning, manufacturing and distribution. Likewise product development requires knowledge of consumer requirements, new science, new technology, marketing etc. The challenge of deploying the knowledge assets of an organisation to create competitive advantage becomes more crucial as:
  • The marketplace is increasingly competitive and the rate of innovation is rising, so that knowledge must evolve and be assimilated at an ever faster rate.

ABSTRACT Keywords: Multiagent Systems, Economics, Simulation, Classifier Systems, Anticipatory Systems. This article is a modified version of a work presented in the 4th Conference on Information Systems, Analysis and Synthesis - ISAS'98, held at Orlando, FL, in July 12-16, 1998 and first published in its proceedings at pp. 64-69.
    Contents
  • Introduction Computational Simulation and Economic Theory Causal Systems and Anticipatory Systems The Anticipatory Agents Model Auction Evolution of Rules Conclusions and Future Work Acknowledgements References
  • 1. INTRODUCTION Economic systems can be considered as evolving complex systems where economic agents rationally perform actions in order to reach a better degree of satisfaction. In this way, the agents organize themselves and make decisions about producing, investing and consuming. Those decisions are taken in a context of uncertainty, and they are based on the beliefs (or expectations) that the agents have about possible future states of the environment.
